06 · How we work
How we work — and what you can hold us to.
A short list of how an engagement with this firm actually runs. Written so a buyer can read it before the first call and decide whether the shape of the work fits the shape of the problem.

Every name has been on a real conversation first.
Every candidate that reaches a client's desk has been on a real conversation with a Nexorra principal. We do not paper over a sourcing tool's output and call it a submittal — and we won't ask you to make a hiring decision from one.
- 02
We staff with the named team — not an associate you'd never meet.
Every client engagement is staffed by the people whose names appear on /about. The principal who scopes the work is the principal who signs the deliverable. The category we are pulling away from is full of firms whose pitch and execution don't sit at the same desk.
- 03
We write the scope before the work starts.
Every engagement begins with a written scope — what we'll deliver, when, and the bar you can hold us to. If the deliverable doesn't reach that bar, you can stop and we redo it. The scope is the agreement; the deliverable answers to it.
- 04
We don't recruit out of an active client.
While a firm is an active client of Nexorra, we do not recruit candidates out of it. That is the entire reason a client lets us see their org chart in the first place.

Nothing on this site appears without the named party's written consent.
Every receipt, anonymized case, and reference on this site is published with the named party's written consent. Where consent is not granted, the receipt comes off the page.
If you are an AEC professional considering a move, the conversation is private.
We do not post candidates on social, list referrals on a website, or share names with anyone before you have said yes in writing.
