This site counts page views with a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not set cookies, fingerprint visitors, or build behavioral profiles.

If you submit the contact form, the information you provide reaches our inbox at cballah@nexorragroup.com and is used to reply to your inquiry. We do not add it to a list, share it with a third party, or retarget you on social media.

If you subscribe to the memo, your email address is stored with our newsletter provider, Buttondown, and used to send you each memo when it is filed. No open or click tracking is enabled. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads remarketing tags, or any third-party advertising tracker on this site.

If you would like a copy of the information we have associated with your email address, or for us to delete it, write to cballah@nexorragroup.com and we will reply within five business days.
